Welcome Campers!
Located at Berremangra in NSW, Jarabin is a working Angus cattle farm situated on 880 acres of land right on the mighty Murrumbidgee River.
Little over an hour from Canberra and three from Sydney, our off-grid camp sites are positioned along a two kilometre stretch of the Murrumbidgee. It does not get more breathtaking than this! We have wide open spaces perfect for a range of activities or just relaxing and having a few drinks watching the sunset over the hills! There is plenty of space to spend time with family and friends with the beautiful Ponds Mountain serving as a picturesque backdrop.
Guests staying with us must be fully self-contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and we kindly ask you to take all waste and rubbish with you on departure.
There are so many activities to keep you entertained: swimming, paddling, kayaking, floating down rapids, fishing, bike riding, horse riding, birdwatching, nature walks and hiking or of course, just sitting back and listening to the rapids from the front of your tent.
The camp sites are pet friendly so feel free to bring your four-legged family members with you - they'll love it just as much as you do! We also have secure yards with water for horses, and with plenty of hiking and riding trails on the farm, you'll have an unforgettable time! (Please keep in mind that we are a working cattle farm, so stock may be about).
Once you have booked, you will receive a notification two days before your arrival with information including gate access code, arrival information and how to contact us in case of emergency. Please note there is no internet or mobile reception at the sites (so please take note of the gate access information).
